Leinster Cup On Tour

As might be expected after such a historic victory, everybody who ever had any connection with CCR wanted to get his or her hands on the Cup and ideally have their photo taken with it.

We are reliably told that no animals were hurt in the experiment to “photograph” the Cup in a sheep pen, but it got plenty of laughs and a stern warning from Ross O’Carroll Kelly on Twitter.

The win was celebrated in style on 29 May at a banquet in the Clyde Court Hotel in Dublin, where Ireland Head Coach Joe Schmidt was a brilliant guest speaker.

Visits to various College and Union functions followed (some of which are photographed here) – regrettably, we have no photographic evidence of it travelling to the recent London and North American Dinners!
