Barney Sherry

Despite being widowed a few years ago, and suffering a stroke last Winter, Barney Sherry is in good form and got a lovely surprise last February when College President Brendan Feehan called with the Leinster Senior Cup. Barney who is 95 was House Captain in 1939-’40.

He draws inspiration from the fact that his brother Vincent who is 99, recently had a pacemaker inserted.
